Conditions for Return & Refund Eligibility

You may initiate a return and request a refund if your item meets any of the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item Received: You received an item that is different from the one you ordered (e.g., wrong color, style, or product).
  • Sizing Discrepancy: The actual size of the garment received is significantly different from the size specified on our website’s product page or your order confirmation.
  • Defective or Damaged Item: The item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival.

Return Window

You must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@navyclothing.shop with your Order Number in the subject line.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please clearly state the reason for the return (Wrong Item, Sizing Discrepancy, or Defect) and provide relevant evidence, such as photos of the item, the defect, and/or the shipping label.
  3. Wait for Confirmation: Once we verify the issue, we will send you a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item back.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to one of the eligibility conditions listed above (our error), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued for the full price of the item(s) plus any original shipping costs paid, if applicable.
